A post just at the right time, heat wave is gonna hit us on Thursday. What cools us most in summer time? Ice cream baby. So I present you couple of ideas for summer refreshment, all quick and super delicious. 🙂


For forest fruit boom (vegan) you need:

  • 200 g of frozen forest fruit
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 dcl of oat milk
  • 1 tbl spoon of honey
  • handul of cashew nuts (raw, unsalted)

Blend all of the ingredients together, pour into ice cream cups and freeze. They’re vegan and colorful.


For the caramel kick:

  • 3 bananas
  • half of vanilla pod
  • 1 dcl of oat milk
  • 2 tbl spoons of dulce de leche (caramel)
  • handul of your favorite nuts

Blend it all together and pour into ice cream cups. If you have cups with sticks (so you get lollipops) even better.


For cherry splash:

  • 300 g of pited cherries
  • 2 dcl of yogurt
  • 1 tbl spoon of honey

Blend, chill and enjoy.


Basically you can make thousand different versions of ice creams, best combos include lemon, kiwi, watermelon, mint, lime, forest fruit, blueberries, cherries, sour cherries etc.
