I noticed you guys like, fast, do it under 5 minutes recipes so I gave myself a mission: to create a light, healthy and tasty dessert, done in 5 minutes. Since the strawberry season began, I decided to use this seasonal fruit with a light twist, inspired by the tastes of Morocco.
- 300 g Greek type yogurt
- rose water
- strawberry jam
- Pour the yogurt in a bowl. Mix with a table spoon of rose water.
- Mix the table spoon of tahini with a table spoon of water and stir well until it becomes liquidy.
- Stir in 50 g of good (home made is the best option) strawberry jam.
- Slice up handful of strawberries and add in. tear up couple of pieces of mint leaves and stir everything lightly.
Serve cold and enjoy your little bowl of happiness. I know I did. 😀
